Gender Equality Plan

Artemis R&I has been dedicated to upholding gender equality principles since its establishment, ensuring equal opportunities for both women and men in all its operations and endeavors.

In response to the evolving requirements and aligning with national (Action for Gender Equality 2021-2025) and European (Gender Equality Strategy for 2020-2025, Gender equality in the European Research Area) initiatives, Artemis R&I is now implementing a Gender Equality Plan (GEP) for the years 2024-2027 to streamline its practices.

Analysis of the current situation and control of the procedures and practices applied in Artemis R&I, in order to reveal possible weaknesses in the equal treatment of the genders.

Identification and implementation of innovative practices to overcome any discrimination.

Review

Setting of objectives and continuous review of the applied practices through the monitoring of validated indicators.
